Nursery Furniture

Our nursery furniture has arrived and is assembled! Greg & Jim worked hard lifting the furniture (the changing table alone weighed 170 pounds) and putting together the crib, while Allison & Jen supervised to make sure they were doing everything correctly. Turns out they did--there were no parts leftover and it seems to be sturdy!! We only have a few remaining items on our nursery "to do list"--putting on the bumper pads and bedding as Grandma Sandy completes them, purchasing a bookshelf, and hanging some finishing touches on the walls. Here are the latest pics of Baby Brueshaber's room!

Your princess is one lucky young babe! She will sleep in comfort and serenity with the lovely bed and "Mellow Yellow" walls! I love that song despite the meaning behind the song.

My comment about the beautiful photo of Jen... You look wonderful! Being pregnant is the only time it is acceptable to stick you tummy out!

Thanks for sharing the growth of your family!

I am betting Jen will teach about 2 weeks before she gives in to the last trimester weight bearing on the bladder and lower organs. Oh joy! But being home waiting for "The Day" can be long and boring!Of course, I wish you the best!
